  This place is the absolute WORST! I don't normally complain and even though they were exceptionally RUDE to me I say thank you ma'am or sir because I have respect for people unlike these poor excuses for public servants! I mean I was more polite to the people of Afghanistan when I was deployed and interacting with them than they are to me as a veteran! EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO HERE I HAVE A PROBLEM! They make up their own rules about everything and if you go to another tag agency guaranteed you won't have an issue!!! I can fax or email my insurance card to a tag agency when I need a renewal because I have USAA and opted for paperless. I go to the tag agency in Edmond or any tag agency for that matter with NO PROBLEM DOING JUST THAT! I go to this tag agency and they treat me like a criminal! I went to get something notarized and showed my military ID to which they said they PREFER a state ID! You mean to tell me my federal ID that works in more places than a state ID because Oklahomas state ID doesn't follow federal law is not accepted because you guys PREFER other means?!?! YOU WANT ME TO LEAVE TO GET SOMETHING YOU PREFER?!?! See what I mean they make you jump through hoops because they are desperately needing to be FIRED! As a veteran I deserve more!!! I will say the Native American girl with long dark brown hair that works there needs to be FIRED. She is THE RINGLEADER OF THE NASTY INDIVIDUALS THAT WORK THERE and the way she behaves you would think the state of Oklahoma was paying her money under the table just to make people jump through hoops to be in compliance with Oklahoma law! DISGUSTING!!! Please stop supporting them everyone let them shut that location DOWN so those inconsiderate, disrespectful people can see what it is like to not have a job then MAYBE THEY CAN BE HUMBLE AND TREAT EVERY INDIVIDUAL WITH RESPECT!!! IM THOROUGHLY DISGUSTED YOU WOULD TREAT PEOPLE THIS WAY AND AFTER READING OTHER REVIEWS I KNOW IT ISNT JUST ME!!! TRUST ME EVERYONE ITS BETTER TO DRIVE ANYWHERE ELSE TO BE TREATED WITH BASIC HUMAN DECENCY! SHUT THEM DOWN!

  Going to a tag agency is never an "exciting" experience. In the Midwest City area this is my preferred tag agency to go to. Usually a fairly good number of employees manning the customers, so while lines may looking daunting initially, they tend to move quickly in my experience. They seem to do a very large volume of work, so while not everyone may like their answers (I know I haven't liked what I needed to get or forgot before) it isn't necessarily their rules and I have found them to be accurate and necessary. I do find this tag agency to be generally friendly and helpful.
