- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I called twice about getting a state Id . The first time an older rude lady answered and told me I would have to take a birth certificate down to department of public safety . ??? I called DPS and they said since my Id is less then 3 years old I can take to a birth certificate certified tag agency. I called back and asked if they a birth certificate certified tag agency the same rude old woman answered yes. I advised her what I was told by dps, she then yells " thats not true" The rude crabby ass woman was insistent that she couldn't help me. I told her i see she doesn't want to help versus her not being able to. She hung up in my face.By Bing Bam, March 22, 2017
