- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have gone to this tag agency for many years and never had a problem. Recommended it to all my friends. Unfortunately, the last time I went in they were using some type of smelling thing (scentsy?) that made me nauseous and I had to leave before getting my new tag. It took a while before I could quit coughing. I will have to tell my friend with asthma to not go there again, either. This is close to my job, so I was very disappointed.By OURadQueen, June 08, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Walked in and looked at about 3 different young men that were sitting there doing absolutely nothing. I suppose they were taken aback that I walked in at 6 minutes until closing time because it literally took 5 seconds before one of them finally said, "can I help you?" It was almost like they were in a trance. Anyway, I said sure and walked up to his area of the counter. The kid sitting to his right thought something was funny about the awkwardness of the exchange and laughed under his breath while looking over to his partner. So, I asked them, "is there something funny, fellas?' Of course they said, "no." Just a weird experience from the time I walked in the door that could have been alleviated if there were experienced customer oriented adults working instead of immature kids. I was in there a couple of years ago and the young lady never made eye contact with me and was always looking past me at what? The cars on Air Depot? If I am handing over hundreds of dollars of my hard earned cash, I expect your undivided attention. I'm guessing it doesn't pay too well so they have to take what they can get, but they need to step up a notch with the quality of their employees. Until then, I'm taking my business elsewhere and would advise anyone who reads this to do the same.By Rokkn1, January 10, 2017
