- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I wish I could give this location less than one star. I've been sitting in the drive thru with 4 cars for over 20 minutes then the lane next to me gets the red light turned on them while they are in line. . . This is not what I'm use to from Chase Bank. I use the Midwest City location and receive faster and efficient service with a single lane business!By Jazmin McConnell, January 17, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Like most banks, they are automating everything and understaffed, So if you want to go into the lobby, good luck getting a human being to help you in a timely or professional manner.
