- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went in to this branch on 89th and Western. Worst Customer Service ever! The bald headed man who opens accounts, helps with investing is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with at a bank. He kept telling my wife things that were not true. He said they did not keep enough money there to cash my check, that I needed to give them a 3 day notice before I brought the check. Would not cash the check....we end up driving to the location in Norman on Main and the best customer service you could have ask for. They cashed my check with no problem at all. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Came in on a busy Saturday. The teller line was long and a few people waiting for a personal banker. Surprisingly enough we got to seen quickly and got our business done quickly and was out.
