- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I asked the cashier if she had a penny, and she said no. So I asked her manager, Andrew Stober if he had a penny and he said yes. The cashier, Jessica, at the 7-11 in Norman off of Constitution and Classen, got extremely, extremely hateful with me. Over a penny. She was rude, unruly and just downright hateful and I am at a loss over such horrible customer service. And all the manager said was he would take care of it. I told him I was turning her into the main office and he said he would take care of it. No, I will take care of it.
