  Do NOT bank here. First off, when we opened the acct the girl spelled our name wrong on the card and we had to pay 10 dollars for the card and have yet to be reimbursed for her mistake.. We've asked three times about it. Secondly, the customer service is absolutely terrible. They act as if every transaction (deposit, etc) you make there is a inconvenience to them. We have only had this bank acct for a month and have ran into so many problems. And they chalk it up to it being a "new acct".. Um, so we are being penalized for opening an acct. I understand fraud and safety of the money but this bank goes overboard. Don't expect to have your money when you want it they put holds on EVERYTHING. It's too much trouble than it's worth. We will be opening an acct somewhere else and closing this one very soon.

  Arbitrarily decided to change my checking account to one that has minimum balance and fees for not maintaining it. Poor customer service. Don't seem to be able to retain employees more than a month or two. I would strongly suggest banking elsewhere
