I walked into the store and no one was even there so I waited for about 5 minutes before a lady who was seriously underdressed to be dealing in this line of work (sweat pant suit) finally came out from the back and asked what I wanted. I needed them to look at a ring I had, this was after I looked on their website to see if they purchase diamonds as well, which they do, and the k size was in their standard. She told me to sit down and give her the ring. She dropped it on a scale, told me she would give me 90 bucks for it because they didn't purchase diamonds.
