- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Many errors made at this branch regarding my account! Went without a debit card for months when opening new account because they set it up incorrectly. Service is awful as well - went in about an hour before the branch was set to close for the day and was told to go to another branch because they didn't have time to help me. Drive through service super slow Tellers inside cannot understand or process the simplest of transactions such as issuing a cashiers check.By Alia Thompson, June 06, 2017

One time he deposited the check to a wrong account that I specifically told him which account to deposit it. One time she forgot to give us back driver license. Terrible! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This Branch totally S#%&, they do not have any customer service at all. rude people working there, i was about to close my damn all account with chase. after my regular deposit all i asked for boxes of pennies and girl seems like was okay with it until that guy (stupid guy may be he is from Russian block's one of the country or so or I could be wrong) he is damn rude and he may think he can do whatever he want) straight told her not to give me box of penny, girl told me sorry i can't do it, go to other branch.Not sure how that guy has even job with Chase bank. I have account with this bank may be more then 15 years now and i get this kind of sxxx treat from them. i saw there is only 2 people behind me in line and they were 3 or 4 people were working . if i go to other branch and this is the solution then they should have close this location. i have been there few times and it was always like that totally bad and terrible service. do not go to this branch.i may consider NOT to do anymore business with Chase.By Nixon Alam, February 21, 2017
