- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My 1st experience here was actually pleasant. There was a heavy set older white gentleman that helped me with a layaway. On my 2nd visit to make a payment on my layaway there was a young black man with green, brown or hazel colored eyes @ the counter. Well I could see instantly that he may not have wanted to do customer service this day due to the VERY UNPLEASANT ATTITUDE he had with the customer before me. When I asked questions about my layaway he told me several times " I can't hear you" & seemed to rush me along. The manager earl says "I'm sorry next purchase I'll give you a good deal" yeah right I'm not returning! 700 bucks for horrible service?
